Size guide
To take measurements from a shirt you already have, follow these small steps.
Collar
The size of the collar corresponds to the size of the shirt on the label, it can be expressed in inches (e.g. 16 1/2) or in centimeters (e.g. 40). The measurement should be taken by placing the neck on a plane starting from the center of the buttonhole to the button.
Chest
To measure your chest, lay the buttoned shirt flat on a flat surface and measure 4 cm below the sleeve seam. Multiply by two and the result will give the finished measure.
Waist
To measure the waist, lay the buttoned shirt flat on a surface and place the tape measure between the fourth and fifth button as shown in the photo. Multiply by two and the result will give the finished measure.
Sleeves
To measure the length of the sleeve, lay the shirt flat well and start from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff as shown in the picture.
Shoulders
To measure the width of the shoulders, always with the shirt flat on a surface, place the tape measure halfway between the neck and the shoulder seam and measure from side to side, also counting the part beyond the sleeve seam.
Total Lenght
To measure the length, place the tape measure on the back of the shirt starting from the seam of the neck strap until it reaches the last end.
